1. Product Overview

Our titanium alloy ball valves are professionally engineered for pipeline systems conveying water, gas, petroleum products, natural gas and various acid-base corrosive fluids. They are widely adopted to realize pipeline medium cut-off, connection and flow regulation.

Compared with conventional valves, this series boasts outstanding comprehensive performance and practical advantages:

  1. Ultra-low flow resistance, delivering smooth medium circulation with minimum pressure loss.
  2. Equipped with thrust bearing structure, greatly lower operating torque for effortless and stable operation.
  3. Adopt high-elasticity PTFE sealing seat, featuring zero leakage performance; sealing effect becomes better along with rising medium pressure.
  4. Optimized stem structure avoids frequent packing abrasion, while self-lubricating sealing parts effectively reduce friction loss and extend overall service life.
  5. Built-in anti-static mechanism safely conducts static electricity generated during valve switching, eliminating potential safety hazards.
  6. Fire-proof safety design and blowout-proof valve stem structure ensure stable sealing performance even under extreme high-temperature working conditions.
